The traditional workshop at the GMP Conference to be held as a game-based quest

This format is now recognised as one of the most efficient tools for acquiring practical skills and expanding the knowledge base. This is especially important in such a fast-paced and high-tech area as pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical quality assurance. That is why workshops, which have become an integral part of the annual GMP conference, are very popular among pharmaceutical companies.

The workshop will be attended by leading industry experts. Given the current geopolitical situation and a number of measures to simplify the process of registration and introduction of medicines into commerce, it is enterprise top management that should pay special attention to the analysis of the functioning of the pharmaceutical quality system, which would be embraced in the theoretical part of the workshop.

The practical part of the workshop will comprise a game quest with participation of several teams, both from the inspectorate and from representatives of pharmaceutical companies. The teams will be offered various tasks to test their knowledge of the rules of the EAEU GMP as well as analysis of non-conformities in the form of a game, featuring both humorous rebuses and real situational problems. The quest will be supplemented with interactive elements including gamification, multimedia maps, video questions, and other game mechanics. Such a game-based approach to mastering the GMP rules may be used by pharmaceutical companies for their own on-the-job training activities in the future.
