Policy quality in the field of inspection of manufacturing of medicines

We consider the major purposes of our activity the spread of modern knowledge and methodical provision at different aspects of normative-technical and regulatory basis of the Russian Federation concerning good practices; assignation of educational and expert services, the main objective of which is the increase of professional level and competitiveness of clients.

It helps us to provide maintenance of pharmaceutical companies’ leader positions for manufacturing and realization of medicines, progress and profitable activity of FSI « SID&GP» on-going increase of professionalism and well-being of member staff.

To achieve the established goals, we set the following priority objectives for us:

Conduct the on-going analysis on tendency and pharmaceutical field’s needs in the area of manufacturing and realization of drugs;
Ensuring the provision of enterprises with services in compliance with Quality Management System, researched in accordance with requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008;
Meeting field specialists’ needs in upgrading of professional education due to the high level of providing methodical and informational services taking into account world experience;
Organization and conduct of training by professional lectors, comprehensive support of their creative initiatives in perfecting of educational process;
Expand of the services’ range due to ramified relations with our partners;
Ensuring high image of FSI «SID and GP» on the basis of trust of specialists and enterprises on Russia’s territory and in the countries of CIS.

To achieve the established goals and objectives, we undertake the following obligations:

To develop and upgrade the Quality Management System in a dynamic way, to improve constantly it’s effectiveness;
To participate actively in the upgrading and harmonization of national regulatory documentation, governing the activity of pharmaceutical field;
To ensure the principle of preservation of all confidential information that was received from our services’ clients;
To pay special attention to all requests of our clients, develop the system of measuring theit level of expectation and satisfaction, constantly upgrade the work on informing our clients and partners about our activity;
To boost our staff members’ involving into processes of providing services of high quality, to increase the level of our competence and motivation, to guarantee support of favorable psychological climate in the collective;
To assure detection and prevention of undesirable problems and mistakes in time, to conduct analysis of their appearance’ reasons and determine complex of corrective and preventive procedures, necessary for eliminating of these reasons.
