Project management of state programs
Organizational and analytical support and monitoring of implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry»
The Department of Project management of State programs of the Federal State Institution «State Institute of Drugs and Good Practices» of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (FSI «SID & GP») was established with the purpose of performance the state contract concluded between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the FSI «SID & GP») on the provision of organizational and analytical support and monitoring of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry», approved by the Resolution of the Russian Government dated April 15, 2014 №305.
Key tasks of the Department:
- Support and monitoring of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry».
- Assistance in performance the tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in preparation of information and analytical materials on the development of pharmaceutical and medical industries, participation in the development of draft state programs, federal target and departmental programs.
- Ensuring the functioning of an independent examination and monitoring system for the adoption by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation of management decisions on the implementation of the state program and assessment of its socio-economic effectiveness.
- Ensuring the functioning and development of the Information and Analytical System of the state program designed for information and technical support for the implementation of state program activities.
The Department employs qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge and competencies to carry out professional activities (rendering services) at the highest professional level.
